Like everything else, Real Estate has come a long way.
If you're a buyer, it's not just about just buying a "house" anymore, and with all the different variables and moving targets, making a choice that you would live with for a considerable time has become a complicated one. If you're a seller, a simple pricing strategy by looking at similar properties sold, wouldn't tell you how to price your property.
