Finding the right "House" is one thing, helping identify which one can best be "Home" is another, and that's where EllyZscore comes in.

I created EllyZscore in 2016 and scored 8 to 10 homes a month. In the process I fine tuned my approach every time - until I got confident that it works as I first imagined it would....

What is EllyZscore?

EllyZscore is a tool I use to capture and document the "Feel and Presence" of the houses in a way where they can be compared objectively with each other.

• If you're a buyer, I inspect your short list of homes, score them, and together we calibrate these scores with your personal priorities.

How can I tell if EllyZscore is right for me?

How much does it cost?
Zero to the home buyer or home owner if you have agents.

How does it work?
I score the homes and then we apply your preferences. Essentially, it's like me cooking the food and you adding the spice.
